Asian Cookbooks

These are recent additions to our collection of delectable books on Asian cooking:

Food Made With Love From The Love Kitchen by Absolute Sanctuary. The recipes in this book are lifted from the menu of The Love Kitchen, the in-house restaurant of Absolute Sanctury, a wellness and detox boutique resort in Koh Samui. The 60 recipes in this book cater to every category of healthy eating - for those who want a cleansing diet, others who want to eat healthy but are not inclined to go vegetarian and just just lovers of good food venturing to go green for a change. The book was conceived in response to an overwhelming demand from guests on how to prepare their favourite dishes from The Love Kitchen.

The Vegetables section also contains examples of delicious accompaniments that will enhance your meal, from samosas to raita. Whether you opt for the Pork Vindaloo or the Mung Bean Curry, the clear step-by-step photography and text will allow for an easy cooking experience.
